2014 Inland Prosperity Conference
The 2014 Inland Prosperity Conference — featuring international, national and regional speakers who will discuss what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur — will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8, at Cal State San Bernardino.
The conference, presented by the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley Women’s Business Centers and the Latino Business Students’ Association, is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Santos Manuel Student Union Events Center at the CSUSB campus, 5500 University Parkway, in San Bernardino.
The event’s speakers will share their inside knowledge of topics such as building a successful business from the ground up, attracting corporate sponsors, secrets of a bestseller book launch, how to create and manage a successful crowdfunding campaign, how to overcome obstacles in pursuing the entrepreneurial dream, and using the power of productivity on the path to prosperity.
Featured speaker will be Linda Hollander, the “Wealthy Bag Lady”, who will present “The Top 5 Ways to Attract Corporate Sponsors”. She is the author of the best-selling book “Bags to Riches” and the founder of Sponsor Concierge, and has been featured by Inc. Magazine as the leading expert on corporate sponsorship. Hollander will discuss how to identify and attract sponsors, how to craft a pitch letter and sponsorship package, and how to determine sponsorship amounts, as well as how to persuade sponsors to renew their support.
The cost is $47 with online registration and includes a light breakfast and lunch. Sponsorships and exhibitor space are also available. For registration or additional information, visit the IEWBC website at www.iewbc.org or call (909) 890-1242.
