ABOUT Santiago Sales
In 1975, the Santiago Corporation was started by Richard Simonian. Under his leadership, Santiago quickly built and acquired more than 50 manufactured home communities before merging with the publicly held Silvercrest Industries Inc. Mr. Simonian then served as the President of Silvercrest for four years.
After the sale of Silvercrest in 1989, Mr. Simonian bought back ownership of the manufactured home partnerships and launched what is now known as Santiago Communities Inc. (SCI).
