Fresh Cut Catering was founded in 2014 by two best friends wanting to create healthier options one meal at a time. With over 12 years’ experience in the culinary industry and over 10 years’ experience in customer service, management and sales, Kristina and Sheena are the perfect dynamic duo who create amazing culinary experiences. Kristina and Sheena have made it their mission to create healthier cuisines for those looking for healthier options for their corporate, wedding, banquet, or special event and continue to create custom menus for their clients.

Sheena Rosell
Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Fresh Cut Catering, Sheena Rosell is an accomplished culinary chef. With over 12 years of experience in her craft, Sheena has found that making her own menu is best.

As a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary of Culinary Arts graduate, Sheena has workedfor and gained experience through Wolfgang Puck’s Catering, Eurest DiningServices as well as various restaurants. Through her work experience she was able to see how to work and run a catering business which she went on tocreate in 2014 with best friend Kristina Gutierrez. Sheena’s passions for foodcomes from a need to build a healthier lifestyle by creating menus that are everyday cuisines to show how food can still taste great and be better for you.

Keeping up with a healthy lifestyle, Sheena enjoys going to the gym regularly and sharing her love for healthy cooking with others by offering cooking classes on her free time.

Kristina Gutierrez
Kristina Gutierrez is Co-Owner and Managerial Partner of Fresh Cut Catering located in Chino, CA. Started in 2014, Kristina has operated the business along-side partner, Sheena Rosell, in which they have catered to many events for companies such as the “Keck Graduate Institute,” “National Latina Business Women’s Association” and “Bank of America.”

Prior to becoming an owner of her own company, Kristina worked at companies where she acquired skills such as employee relations, business management/leadership skills, sales, and customer service. As well as being a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where she received a Bachelors in Communications. With a well-rounded employment and educational background she has been able to apply these skills in every aspect of her business as well as her life.

When Kristina is not working she is an accomplished singer in which she has performed for non-profit events, special events and other festivities around the Inland Empire and Los Angeles areas. Kristina has also been an advocate for the American Cancer Society for the past 4 years where she is involved in the Relay for Life every year and hopes that once day we will be in a world without cancer.
