Kiana Webb

Kiana Webb attended the University of San Francisco on a basketball scholarship and graduated in 2000, earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Hospitality Management. Upon graduating she worked as an Assistant Buyer for Tall Etc. from 2000-2001.

It was in February 2001 she joined her parent’s organization Indian Hill management and the McDonald’s “Next Generation”. In 2005 she became an approved operator following the purchase of her first store in 2007.  She is now honored to be a five restaurant franchisee in South California while maintaining her position as President of Webb Family Enterprises.

Currently Webb Family Enterprises owns and operates 17 McDonald’s.

Ms. Webb will be participating at Hispanic Lifestyle’s BizCon 2018 as a Panelist.

Her passion within the McDonald’s system is creating an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated; from the crew to the customers. Other passions include her partnership with Pomona Unified School District, actively participating in their literacy program, Footsteps2Brilliance. The program focuses on children in community to encourage reading and increase comprehension. Her advocacy extends by working with an organization creating employment opportunities for women who were incarcerated getting back on their feet. Kiana is a member of Soroptomist International, Chairperson of the board of The Child development center, association member of LA county fair, President of the local BMOA and sits on national team for McDonalds including the National Place Team and the Next Generation Global Advisory Council.

She has three children Jason, Sanai and Samia.
