Profile | Hilda Kennedy – Founder/President of AmPac Tri State CDC

Hilda Kennedy is Founder/President of AmPac Tri State Certified DevelopmentCompany (CDC) in Grand Terrace, California. Prior to establishing AmPac, Kennedy worked in local government for the City of Inglewood, as Chief of Staff to the Mayor, Executive Assistant to the City Manager and Economic Development Director. As Economic Development Director, Kennedy established a $45 Million loan fund, leveraging Department of Housing and Urban Development funds with matching bank funds, to provide financing to businesses in the community.

Kennedy serves as President of NAWBO-IE; is the immediate past President of NAWBO-CA, and has served as Director of Public Policy for NAWBO-CA. She is on the Board of Trustees of California Baptist University, Riverside and the Board of Directors of California Small Business Association. Hilda Kennedy is passionateabout her family and her faith. She loves walking and hiking and hovering around the word of God with her women’s Bible study class.
