In our first episode of In the Marketplace (episode #14001), we talk with Executive-Chef Brad Martin with the new Riverside Convention Center.
Before our interview Chef Martin gathered a few items from around the brand new kitchen at the Riverside Convention Center. In this exclusive interview that took place prior to opening the facility, Chef talks about his cooking philosophy and how he plans to operate the kitchen which has the capacity to serve up to 8,000 meals.
Chef Martin, was a competitor on mentor Anthony Bourdain’s team in ABC’ television’s cooking competition show, “The Taste.” While the month-long filming for the second season of “The Taste” had wrapped, Martin contractually couldn’t disclose how well he had fared. The eight episodes began airing Jan. 2, 2014.
