The 4th annual Southern California Women Business and Wellness Conference is the event that Connects, Inspires and Empowers women of diverse backgrounds with business and wellness resources and information. You are invited to Join us on November 13, 2019 for an Amazing Conference that celebrates the success of professional Women, Diversity and Wellness. The 4th Annual Women Business & Wellness Conference features an exhibitor area, workshops, morning keynote address and luncheon keynote speakers. Hispanic Lifestyle is pleased to share with you “Exhibitor Instructions” for the 4th Annual SoCal Women Business and Wellness Conference taking place on November 13, 2019 at the Ontario Airport Hotel and Conference Center, Ontario, California.

EXHIBITOR SETUP
UNLOADING: You many unload your car in front of the Hotel.
Check in with Jenniemarie or Event Registration Area/ Foyer Area
You have two (2) options to setup your exhibitor booth.
Tuesday Evening Set-Up: After 5pm and you may setup and leave your non-valuable items overnight.
Wednesday Morning Set-Up: Set up between 7 – 8:00am. If you are going to be later than 8am please call or text Jenniemarie at (951) 505-9643
Note: We will start checking-in attendees at 8:00am
The booth is 8′ x 8′, includes 6 ft. table, black linen and two (2) chairs.
Suggestion – Bring your own “table cloth”. Please be respectful of your fellow exhibitors, signage, music, etc.

Your exhibitor space includes 2 tickets for lunch and pastries and coffee, please make sure that we have both names attending the event. We will print up name tags for each attendee. No later than November 11, 2019. Note any changes after November 11, 2019 will take place at the event.
